Wayne Randolph serves as a Pastor, Leadership Team Member, and Teaching Team Member at Liminal Church. A former theology instructor, he trained in the Narrative Tradition Enneagram under teachers including Helen Palmer, Marion Gilbert, and Peter O’Hanrahan, and has completed formation in the Art of Spiritual Direction through Stillpoint at Ghost Ranch. Wayne’s work is rooted in contemplative presence, deep listening, and the teachings of Jesus as a path toward wholeness and awakened awareness. He is passionate about helping people cultivate meaningful practices that deepen their connection with the Divine.
Poetry, ritual, silence, embodiment, scripture, nature, and the shared wisdom of contemplative traditions all shape the way Wayne approaches spiritual formation, teaching, and care.
Wayne lives in Ventura with his wife Denise and their family, and continues to be shaped by the ongoing invitation toward deeper presence, wonder, and love.
