Garden Reflections
The week before Jesus died, he went with his disciples into the Garden of Gethsemane to pray. This was a time like no other, when we are allowed to glimpse a side of Jesus not previously shown: in the Garden, Jesus had questions for God.
Garden Reflections offers a chance for you to meet God in raw honesty, providing a time for you to pour out your heart and ask the hard questions that may have surfaced recently. Good, honest questions, the hard ones, can lead to desolation, deconstruction, surrender, rest, and finally hope.
These are wilderness days, and now is certainly not a time for easy answers. Enter with God into the Garden, come away with him and let him speak. Garden Reflections is designed for you to go through at your own pace. Take time to pour out your heart, to lament, and to express all your thoughts and feelings. Linger over the pages, and engage with the reflections, questions and thoughts that are presented. And when you are emptied, allow God to breathe new life into you and fill you with hope.
