Take a meditative walk with us! Though we will not be walking together physically, we will all listen to an audio meditation at the same time, and begin our walk at the same time – at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 12th.
Details:
- We will be listening to an audio meditation called “Walking with God”.
- It is about 40 minutes long. You will be prompted about 8 minutes into the audio to begin your walk. Toward the end you will be prompted to end your walk, and then to journal about your experience.
- Then, at 2:30pm that same day, Kathy Navarro Sochel will lead a Zoom call where all who participated can share their experiences.
- You can walk through your neighborhood, or go to a park, just make sure you’ll be able to get home in time for the 2:30pm Zoom call. And make sure you take your headphones with you!
